You can call for appointments 2 weeks out and can never get an Appointment Knoxville Tn Emory is the worst location for appointments don’t try and do a walk in as advertised my friend tried 3x’s and availability When I was in DC or even now Atlanta (BOOM) they call in their reserve to keep their rooms full.. At this location you can always see empty rooms and waiting rooms I believe there’s a management problem

I received 2 gift cards as a gift. My family was told that the first gift card would be $50 and the second one was $90. That is what they paid for the two cards. When I went to use them I was told that it is 90 each for the two cards. I have been trying to get in to have a massage for a couple of months and now when I was making an appointment. I love my visits to Massage Envy!
This place needs to get their scheduling under control. They call you telling you have an appointment and they will charge you if you don't show up. I didn't have an appointment on this day. I will be canceling my monthly agreement and I hope and strongly agree that you do not sign up for it.... If you want a massage, go in and get one but don't sign up for monthly agreement. It should be stree free! Not like this...
Julie my therapist is truly a professional, and really cares about the job she does and does her best to take care of my problem areas. I’m a little confused about my billing but overall I’ve had really good experiences with my visits.
