Had a fabulous massage with Erica. She made me feel so much better and put me in such a good mood after my massage. That was followed by the "sales pitch" by the front desk staff, wanting me to schedule my next appointment on the spot, sign up for a $60/mo membership, etc. I am not a fan of the sales pitch maneuver. (I get my massages when I need them, not when they're pre-scheduled.) It was annoying, and took away from the good feeling I had from having gotten a massage in the first place.
Not happy with the $9 price increase. Went from $53 to $64 for a 50 min massage. I may be canceling my membership.
