Do not fall into the trap of a membership. I went there once and they sold me a membership 2 months ago. For the 3rd time in a row, they have called me to cancel or change my appointment and there is never availability for at least 4 weeks. Heads up people! If you wake up the morning of your appointment with covid symptoms, don’t cancel your appointment because you’ll be charged! I understand the whole 24 hour no-show/cancellation policy but during a pandemic?? I think they need to re-think their policy. It appears they’d rather have you come in with Covid symptoms and put their employees and other customers at risk, then to have you do the right thing, and cancel your appointment. I’m very disappointed and will be canceling my membership.
Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
