I am a very rational person. I understand no one is perfect. However, some of the therapists do not take their profession seriously. I have not been a member for a full year yet (just a few months shy) and I've have numerous problems.
Advertised one hour massage = 50 min. therapist was delayed filling out paperwork, shouldn't the front desk have that ready? No hot towels...therapist was ok. Glad it was just a gift certificate, not coming back.
