Horrible customer service. Will never be back. Staff needs way better training.
I'd give it a 0 if it were an option. I didn't know they could massage your butt and I'm still to this day not sure they're supposed to! I forgot the guys name, but he looked like Killian Murphy and made me feel very uncomfortable. Worst massage experience I ever had. He did in fact massage my butt (through the sheet, but that's besides the point!!) I've had massages before and they've never actually massaged my buttocks before.
