Worst customer service EVER! My favorite masseuse moved to this location which is a 20 min drive from my house and super inconvenient since there is a Massage Envy a block from my house. I called Massage Envy Downtown to specifically book a massage and request my masseuse and tell them that I am only going there specifically for her! I will advise you to support another location or transfer member if you have one. After not receiving services for 2 years. This location just took $1,120 out of my account. And the owner is unwilling to refund my money. Please be aware of this location. You may reach out to me if you think this is a prank. Thank you
I was seen almost immediately, even without an appointment. Walked in with a sore neck, walked out feeling like a brand new me. It was a very enjoyable experience, it smelled like heaven in there, everyone was so friendly, I will definitely be returning in the near future and recommending this location to both family and friends!
