Review of Massage Envy East (1886 Joe Battle, El Paso): I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The facility is dirty, as shown in the photos I took, which is not what you would expect from a place that promotes health, wellness, and relaxation. Did not receive all the treatment that was shown when booked online.... that is frustrating! The girl was nice and very knowledgeable but definitely not worth $120... and if you think your getting it for $70 THINK AGAIN because Lubbock does not honor the online pricing. Best thing to do is probably call them before booking to get accurate pricing so you are not surprised like I was when they gave me my total. First, I will say that my massages have been great. Also, the front desk is friendly and helpful. Having said that, MANY of the voicemails I have left go unanswered. These are messages I've left saying I would like to make an appointment. This is just unacceptable in business and makes a terrible impression! I have a feeling that people assigned to the phones are NOT just sitting there and ignoring a ringing phone. I am guessing they are understaffed. I had amazing full service and nuru massage session here with Linda (769) 287 2311. My friend recommended her for me since I was looking for where to get a real full service and good body massage, I texted her, she replied immediately then explained the process to get manager approval because they no longer accept walk-in again, I did it and got approved then went there, Linda welcomed me friendly and rendered awesome full service for me then ended the session with nuru massage. Highly recommend.
