I am addicted, I have had a few sessions and by far can tell you Richard us amazing. I call it my me time and it is so worth it. I actually feel so much better for days afterwards and can't wait til my next session....
Today was the second time that this location has had horrible customer service and NO manager on duty for me to talk to. BUT, she will call me within the next 2 weeks. I no longer want anything to do with this location OR ME because of this. I was a member for years and am utterly disappointed by the things the managers let happen here.
The woman who answers the phone and was rude to my mother who has been a member for 10 years! Not great customer service in my book.
Everyone was very sweet and professional. The massage was AMAZING. Today was my first massage and they made a member out of me. The only thing I would change is all the talking and explaining after the massage while in a lax state. That might be my fault though, because I was a tad late. Perhaps they usually do that before. Grade A.
