So I live in Gainesville Tx 1 1/2 hour drive to the spa. I called today to see about canceling my appointment due to weather. It's storms with lightning and thunder. Visibility 1/8 mile.It is truly a safety issue with me driving. I was told that I could not reschedule and would have to pay. I have no control over weather. My choice today was pay or drive!!!!! My first visit almost turned me away but I decided to give them one more shot! Well worth it!!! I suffer from severe whiplash which I believe cause me to have horrific migraines. Richard was amazing!!! He worked all problem areas, and trust me there are a lot! I’m on the road to recovery and it feels great!!! Thanks Richard!
Normally things are good - not the case this time. Hour and a half massage and two of my “problem” areas were not touched. Did not get a good vibe from therapist...requested someone different for next appointment. Still having pain - no relief. Not happy with this visit st all.
Vanessa was very good. She took her time and focused on the area of points I needed. She was great!
