They were very courteous , and they did not have to wait for my appointment. And my massage was done by Sean and he did a very excellent job
Mitch did not listen to me and have developed bruising from the massage. Management has not taken care of the issue, just keep passing the buck to the next person. Not relaxing as I was hoping!
I went yesterday and was seen by Whitney. She was fabulous! The front desk was polite and told me about the membership which I declined because my schedule just doesn't fit with it and no one was pushy about it one bit.
