I see Coleen and she is amazing, however you have to book out months with her. Just got reminder call for appt tomorrow and was scheduled with the wrong therapist months ago. I just returned from a vacation with lots of walking so was super excited to get this massage as I booked around it. very frustrated. If it wasn't for Coleen, I would not be returning to the CR location. Guess I have to wait another month.
Massage Envy - stay away from this business. Shady practices and awful customer service. A place that doesn't let you out of a 12 month contract, three months in when you're dissatisfied with the service and policies. It is not as if they have staffed out for a year. Unscrupulous.
RecommendedWent in today with lots of neck and shoulder pain. Shawn P. gave me the most amazing deep tissue massage ever!! Left there with no pain. I have also been going to Denise for facials for the last 4 months. She is excellent at what she does. It has been a pleasure getting to know her. Love the 90 min facial as well. You cannot go wrong with either of these people. Highly recommend them both. Thank you Denise and Shawn!
I have had many cancellations, and management doesn't care about its customers with being in meetings or vacations all the time it seems. I have requested a manager to call 3/4 times without any call backs.
Wonderful massage therapist! Quick service, relaxing aromatherapy. Great staff, All around wonderful service and relaxing atmosphere. The new PCA products are amazing.
Travis is awesome! Front desk people do not go out of their way to welcome you, or answer questions over the phone. First impressions not very lasting good thing my massages have been amazing.
I was impressed with the service from my phone call to make an appointment that was convenient for me, to a timely check-in, to a very professional relaxation massage. Shawn (sp?) checked with me throughout to ensure I was satisfied with service! I would highly recommend!!
