I'm haven't even walked through the door and I'm upset. My husband bought me a gift card offer which made me happy since my Lupus keeps me in constant pain. Why offer online appointments then call me and only to tell me you can't honor it, then make me give payment info while threatening to charge me if I cancel. This location steals from there therapist ... They had a sales associate steal tips so so give your therapist the tips in there hand her name is Erika She has been terminated but the therapist have not been reimbursed and they did not press charges... The manager Lisa also uses expired session that the clients can't use to pay for different session even though the owner Ollie is against this procedure . The only reason that I have gone to this place is because I love my therapist. Stacy is an amazing therapist and he cares about his clients. The manager, however, is impossible to get ahold of and when I wanted to cancel my membership, she couldn't get back to me to do so. I have been trying to cancel for weeks now and it is just not happening.
I will never recommend this location or company to anyone. They never had openings unless you book out a month in advance for working people. I went in and cancelled my membership a month ago and they continued to bill me. I left several messages for manager to call me. After the 7th attempt she finally called me and stated that they gave me wrong form and would not cancel until I did new forms. I very much enjoy my massages. I see Stacy & Charita at least once every month. They are both highly in demand and do a wonderful job. They are always prompt for our appointments. They listen to my areas of concern and work on all the muscle groups that may be sore that day. I've had no issues with this location. They are quick to return calls and always courteous!
I had a prenatal massage with Bill and couldn't be more pleased. I was nervous at first about how the whole thing would flow since I'm pregnant, but Bill made me feel comfortable and at ease and had lots of tips! This pregnant lady is happy thank you!
