This location is the worst. First they never answer the phone in order to make a reservation you have to walk in. So I made my reservation and the day before my massage they called me to say they double-booked guess the person had the appointment before me and tried to offer me a facial instead. I didn't wait for days for a facial I waited for a massage. I rather go to a different spot in Richmond
Better than i expected for it being my 1st time ever getting a massage. Very relaxed atmosphere and professional environment.

My husband was charged for a complimentary facial that they offered him and they won’t return calls or emails for a refund. They tried to blame it on their computer system🙄
RecommendedThis place is amazing! The customer service is perfect! The front desk ladies interaction with the customers is everything. I had a 30 stretch and the Guy and he was so professional and checked on my pain levels throughout the session. I wish I remembered his name but my memory ridiculous. The services I received was so great I enrolled in the membership at check out. And the assistant manager made sure I knew all the details of my membership and help me make the best decisions for my upcoming appointments. I just moved here... read more

Well they had this girl michelle there and i had an appointment. I already knew what room to go to and she was lying on the bed half nude taking pictures for her daddy. I kept quiet about it until she quit but took great care of me
Wish I had read recent reviews before I scheduled a double massage for my teen daughter and myself. Scheduled over a month ahead and just got the call that they had to cancel. Then tell me the next available is another month out...My daughter is so disapointed and I don't blame her, I am too. Staff could care less. Take your business elsewhere.
