very dissapointed! I booked appointments for my wife and i almost a month out. called to confirm appointments twice. Received a phone call the day before saying they had scheduled one of us with someone who doesnt work on the weekends. This is not the first time this location has had issues with scheduling appointments. it's a shame that our "local" location can't be managed properly. Will take my buisness elswhere.
The therapists are great, but the franchise owner is not honest. Even though they were closed during quarantine, they continued to charge my credit card. Then I had to move away and sell my house due to unemployment from Covid. I've been trying to cancel my membership for 3 months. I've called the Colonial Heights ME several times, left messages and nobody has ever called back and tried to make contact through corporate. Still no response from franchise owner, manager, nothing. RecommendedI am new to the area and the person I was seeing is now over an hour away. I booked pretty last minute and got in with Kim! Not only was Kim amazing but the space is super clean and nice! She was seriously awesome. I will totally be back!!

I made an appointment for my fiancee for her first time there and she's not not from the area, she had no idea that she was going as a gift from me for her birthday, which she enjoyed and wants to go back! Thanks for making her day and experience special
They’ll get you feeling right again
I’ve loved my membership for YEARS but I’m disappointed that during this time of Covid-19 out of everywhere I have a monthly charging membership at, Massage Envy is the only place continuing to charge dues even though the establishment is closed. A lot of people are out of work like me. Plus you can’t even call at this time and speak to any customer service due to the pandemic.
Massages were great but I did the monthly membership. I decided I wanted to cancel after my 1 year contract. I felt like I got the run around trying to cancel the membership. You have to speak with the manager in order to cancel and fill out cancellation forms. (Manager was not very responsive. I had to end up calling her 2 days after I had left the first message) I finally got my signed forms back and talked to the manager. I was told my account would not be drafted this month. Omg..just beautiful wonderful. Love the energy when u walked in. The employees and the place is just wonderful. When u walk in places like that, and u see employees reaction, then its sure says it all, that ubare going to enjoy it all. I slept through my facial, and my massage is just heaven. So loving it. That's how u treat it client and customers, because it makes them want to go back. And I do look forward to my second one��
