RecommendedYesterday I received awesome service (stretch and massage) from Michael. However, like the other members here, I tried to suspend my membership due to having a high risk pregnancy and not being able to make it for several months. I pretty much just wanted to get caught up on the services I had missed but was told that if I suspend my account, I wouldn’t be able to use the services that I had ALREADY PAID FOR! A couple of weeks ago, my wife paid for me as a guest. I filled out the instruction and service sheet. A guy asked what I wanted done and I had said I wanted what I marked on the sheets. I had included my feet to be worked on. Suddenly, the person said he was done. I mentioned this and we had agreed until next time. I assume he read beforehand or did he not know how to read? I assume the people know the work order or they completely disregard it. Not very happy on this one, sorry.
Membership is a scam! If you cancel they will say you didn't & still charge you. They will not refund your money even if you can't use the massages.
Please DO NOT become a “member” of this place! It is a rip-off. The monthly fee is more than the monthly price for 1 massage. Then you never get the same person because everyone’s availability is out of wack! ALSO, when you cancel your membership, they don’t let you use the services that are in the rear. Wtf? Oh yeah the service sucks. Biggest mistake of 2017 for me
I'm really disappointed in this company. Unexpectedly I have had a son in the hospital several months and have kindly asked if there is anyway to end my contract due to hospital bills and never being able to make appointments due to sudden events in which I cannot leave my son. They offer me no more than a "too bad". I understand it's a contract but no compassion for a tough situation.
The services appointment times massages everything sucks about this location ... do not get membership ..
My massage therapist Dee Is wonderful. She always focuse on my problem areas. But the ladies and gents at the front desk need to get it together.
They change appts without any regards to people's lives after u make appts 1 month ahead of time...
