This Massage Envy has the WORST customer service ever. I had 2 credits that rolled over from massages I paid monthly $65 for and hadnt used. I finally was able to make an appointment and come in. They text me and emailed me about my appointment to confirm and when I came in she said I wasn't on the schedule. Since my card didnt draft on the 8th they suspended my account and cancelled my appointment. As I was standing at the counter they told me you can take care of it today or I couldnt keep my apt. It was my first time ever and it was great. Jacqueline was my therapist and she focused on all my problem areas. I will definitely go back and recommend this place. Everyone was very professional and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Exactly what I needed.
I Love Massage Envy. I got a free massag pass for my Birthday, the rest is history. I purchased a membership for myself. I go as offen as I can.
