Karma exists Tina! Good luck with that indoor sports center after your extremely sub par cleaning practices. The owners always did the bare minimum when it came to cleaning their Spas. Beware and bring your own sanitizer if braving this experience. The therapists are the best I’ve ever known, but the front desk staff in charge of ordering supplies was always discouraged from ordering too much, and I personally had several orders delayed, reduced, or cancelled altogether. All due to Tina Michels and Donnice Brown-Hall. 😞
I absolutely adore Ms Terrie, she is the best!! Customer service at the help desk is wonderful as well.
I had a session with Lewis he was excellent worked my stress knots right on out, check him out
I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told 20 minutes past my appointment that they didn't have a spot. While they offered me a free session, it's my time that was not valued. They could not work me in. It took me forever to find the time to schedule this appointment.
