I schedule appointments and they call back and cancel on me. So what exactly am I paying for? What a sham. Worst decision ever to book a "membership" with them.
When I went into the spa and asked to put my contract on hold until after the holidays, they refused to allow me to use any of the massages for which I had already paid because I was putting my contract on hold. Bad fiath, bad business. I wouldn't recomment having a contract with Massage Eny to anyone!
