Never join ME they keep charging my CC even when I tell them I am not happy eith them! They refuse to let me talk to corporate. Hoping this reaches someone. Really believe I want to start a class action.
I normally don't write reviews but Massage Envy is a terrible place with poor customer service and horrible business practices. I would never use place of business for anything they offer. There are so many other more customer friendly establishments. Don't waste your money.

I just got yet another awesome massage from Ray, he really is the best. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I've had massages from several other folks at this location, but Ray is really good and I see him monthly. He finds all the kinks and sore spots and rubs them out. I'm really glad I joined ME as I come out of each session relaxed every time.
I had a scheduled appointment at 12, arrived 15 min early to fill out the paperwork. Waited THIRTY MINUTES before leaving! And all they could say was "sorry". I've been to other massage envy's but have never experienced this level of customer service. I will NOT be returning to any massage envy.
