Was so put off by the demeanor, after being in an adjacent parking shopping area and getting poor directions that contributed to my being late for the appt which led to my being in that shopping area and the one across the street...it was not appealing to me to get a massage at all, so I did not. Not impressed with Massage Envy. There are better places with capable staff that have a better sense of customer service.

My boyfriend and I came yesterday for a couple's massage after a long and stressful flight. We loved this location! Jacob and Yanet were amazing; we feel refreshed and ready to enjoy our vacation! Definitely coming back next time we visit the Boynton Beach area �
Massage Envy seems to have the opinion that they are doing their patrons a favor by serving them... They seem to forget that we are paying the tab and have other choices!
