The massages are good, but the teenagers at the front desk playing on their cell phones could use some customer service training. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. The masseuse was standing at the desk and they didn’t even bother to see if I might be the customer he was looking for. There were only 3 people in the waiting room. I’ll probably try another location next time. I have been a member for many years, but I may reconsider after today.....
