In Asheville, there are so many better places to have a quality massage at an affordable price. I got talked into a membership at Massage Envy and really regret it. I felt like the massage therapist was ripping my skin off. This franchise has a ton of issues that have been made public in the past year, including sexual assault. I made an appointment for my 15th wedding anniversary, 3 weeks in advance to have a couples massage, someone called the night before to confirm the appointment. The day of, someone called 4 hours prior and cancelled our appointment, we were in Asheville, like I said for our 15th anniversary, so we were quite disappointed in the poor quality of customer service. Even when asked if they could possibly arrange for someone else to do the massage, we were told there was nothing they could do.
Nice people but the worst massage I’ve ever had! I’ll be going to a new place for my massages ! :/
I always love coming here! Great service from the front desk every time, and also amazing service from the therapist every time. I had my session today with T.J. and I have nothing bad to say about it. We connected straight away and we both loved the amount of detailed communication we had during the session. The next session I have, I'm definitely requesting T.J. if she's available! I'd say the only bad thing about any session I have here is that it ends too soon!!
I will never go anywhere else but here! This place is amazing! Every single person is so friendly and helpful. The tranquility and peacefulness is on point. And the way that each therapist goes above and beyond to keep you modestly draped during your session are some of the many reasons I LOVE this place!
Had a wonderful 1 hour session today with T.J., she was simply awesome, and targeted all of my trouble spots. In addition India was very informative, and sold me on the various services the facility offers. Can't wait to see you guys in a few weeks!
