If you ever have an issue the managers are very concerning about your needs and they always help out to the best that they can. Love this place!! RecommendedSo I just moved to Asheville and have been with Massage Envy for let’s say 10+ years. Joined in Florida then moved to Connecticut and now to where I hope I finish my time in Asheville. I have to say this location has the nicest staff I have ever met in any of the locations. Nothing bad about the others, but this team...honestly without even trying were so friendly, welcoming and so nice. Recommended5 stars! The staff was very friendly. I'd never had a professional massage before, and they made the entire experience wonderful. The therapist checked with me to ensure I was comfortable with the amount of pressure, areas being addressed, and that my modesty was preserved. I enjoyed the experience so much (and felt so wonderfully relaxed after), that I purchased a membership. The manager went through all aspects of the membership and all options. RecommendedI love Massage Envy South. I am always greeted with smiling faces when I walk in the door and Nicole is an amazing masseuse! She gives me exercises that I can do at home to alleviate the tension I am having which I really appreciate. Hands down the best massage establishment that I have ever been a part of!
