Used a gift certificate to get a "relaxation" massage after moving this past weekend.. Requested a medium to light pressure massage due to sore muscles. My masseuse told me that she recommended heavy pressure on my back, where I was experiencing moderate pain. Felt like I got beat for 50 minutes. Spent the whole time flinching and tense because I was in so much pain during my massage. When she asked how the pressure was after she had began, I asked her to apply less pressure. Very unprofessional! I was going to purchase a gift card for a coworker (who just lost her mom) and when I walked in one girl was on her cellphone and another girl was eating at the front desk. Not to mention it smelled like cigarette smoke. I only had a certain amount to spend but they kept trying to get me to spend more than I wanted to. Then another girl started talking to me about some monthly plan. I didn't go there for that. Rude as hell. I surely don't want my coworker going there and neither will I. Absolutely the worse massage I have ever gotten. My wife felt the same way. I felt like the masseuse watched a video about what she was going to be doing, and then performed my "massage." I, also, felt like I was being raided by a car salesman at the front desk. I was there for a relaxing massage for me and my wife and got some totally opposite. I will never step foot in this establishment, nor any other franchise for that matter, ever again.
