Ripoff. Today, I visited Massage Envy for the second time. I received a message and attempted to use my gift card for $50. The front desk was very rude and refused to accept my card. This is a valid card and is just like the one that I used on a previous visit. They further demanded that I pay $120 and not the $70 that I paid on my last visit. RecommendedHad my first ever massage yesterday and I’ve realized I need them more often. I had Brandi as my masseuse and let me tell you, such kind hearted and genuine person which made the experience so pleasant. And Sophia and Alexis at the front desk were great as well 10/10 would recommend just for conversation....I may or may not be back in 6 months🥴😂
