I love the level of experienced massage therapists, you can ask the staff who they suggest when booking your appt based on the style massage you’d like. I’m never disappointed! I have been going monthly for the past year.
Love the look and feel of this location and all the helpful girls at the front desk!
My daughters and I went to Massage Envy today to enjoy a massage before my daughter's wedding Saturday. We all left relaxed and refreshed. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Massage Envy for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. Thank you very much.
Absolutely disgusted with this place. We have been having monthly fees withdrawn from our acct for a year now. We have been out of contract for sometime now. We no longer live in Lafayette Louisiana. We have spoken to Tessa several times and she claims to have cancelled the membership however a year later we are still continuing to have the fees withdrawn. Asked for medium deep massage with strong concentration on my shoulders. He did my legs so hard & long that I could hardly walk later that evening. AND since he concentrated on my legs for sooo long (1 more than the other I might add), there was very little time left for my shoulders. Very disappointed. Left with just as much discomfort (actually more) as when I got there. Also don’t care for the pressure to buy into the monthly service. Don’t think I will go back anytime soon.
