I absolutely loved my experience there for the first time at the Flowood location, from the time I walked in the front desk help was Excellent, Toy was very detailed about my facial needs he was so nice and friendly, got to the back and Payton did an amazing job on my facial, I became a member that day, and can't wait to return. Keep up the great customer service Flowood Location!

I had my 1st Massage today and it was great. I am definitely going back. I arrive on time and as soon as I completed the paperwork they were ready. No waiting. #1stmassage
Massage Envy in flowood is the best in the business. Shout out to my Therapist , Angel, she is one of a kind, very professional, greets you with a warm smile everytime. She does an incredible job!!

I originally booked a 90min and was told it was at 1:30. I got there at 1:34 and checked in. Immediately went back for my massage, but only received 60min. When I asked why the session was short, I was told because my appointment was for 1pm, and I was late. No one at the desk said anything about that.
