My first experience was yesterday for my birthday!!! I had Mr. Jermaine and he was AMAZING!!! I was convinced to join after that experience!! The customer service lady that help me was so polite and friendly!!! After checking out I qualified for a discounted price plus I got a FREE facial and chocolate!!!! Can't wait to return!!!!!

Don't bother making an appointment at the Flowood or Maywood Mart location. They will just call 1-2 hrs before your appointment and cancel it without explanation. Have had this happen to me more than once. Will not recommend Massage Envy to anyone anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.
