I have a gift card that was given to me for Mother's Day. I have yet to be able to get in and use it bc I've been rescheduled or they can't get me in for a massage without over an hour wait wait for the facial. And then after I finally do get scheduled and have waited for almost 2 weeks for my appointment, they call the day before I'm supposed to go and cancel bc my therapist has a physical therapy appointment. This is my third visit with Massage Envy with two of those being with the Flowood location. The front desk is always extremely professional and welcoming from begining to the end. Dominique definitely has a gift and is extremely professional and make all the aches and worries go away. After my first visit with them I was convinced to get a well worth it membership.
