It’s insanely hard to get on the schedule for a massage 😐 Don’t expect to call and get in for an appointment that same day or even the next few days- your appointment will be booked out AT LEAST two weeks. That is if you can get ahold of them- this location RARELY answers the phone, and I receive no returned call when I leave a voicemail. It’s very irritating. Joshua L did my massage today and it was seriously the most relaxing and best massage I’ve had yet there. I always enjoy my experience there! I’ve seen SO many negative comments regarding phone lines being busy, cancellation of appointments due to staff calling in, and long waits. Don’t let those comments sway you. I have experienced my appointments being cancelled too - like any other business, call in’s/sick days/injuries are part of life. Waiting is a part of life. I left feeling so relaxed and euphoric.
rude customer service. The management team was not concerned or bothered that my account had been charged when paperwork had been filed to freeze account and did not fully resolve the issue just credit account back but can't fix the NSF that resulted because of their error. I have been a loyal customer for years and mistakes so happen but the level of customer service and how someone is treated makes all the difference wi th an issue and I wssnt given the full customer service. management team never came to phone just talked... read more
