Horrible customer service. I purchased the Father’s Day gift card for $150 and you received and extra $40 towards any service. My husband and I used the 60 minute massage which is listed on the lake pleasant website as an intro rate of $80 each. When our massages were complete they did not honor the $80 Intro rate and charged us $260 and only used $150 on the gift card. Very relaxing with the most professional front end staff. It was a joy to come here!
Signup for a membership was pretty easy and straightforward, as was scheduling my first massage. On my first visit I was checked in reasonably early. I was not called back until almost ten minutes after my scheduled time. I let the therapist know which areas they could target. The massage was pretty relaxing and the therapist was pretty good, except for the fact that they did not target the areas I needed. That is pretty disappointing... Wow! I've gotten massages pretty regularly for many years and it's been a LONG time since I've had a massage this good. Tbh in my experience Massage Envy (other locations, at least) can be a bit hit or miss but once you find that therapist that works for you it's great. Denae is awesome, very knowledgable and experienced, really helped me feel better!
