Signup for a membership was pretty easy and straightforward, as was scheduling my first massage. On my first visit I was checked in reasonably early. I was not called back until almost ten minutes after my scheduled time. I let the therapist know which areas they could target. The massage was pretty relaxing and the therapist was pretty good, except for the fact that they did not target the areas I needed. That is pretty disappointing... Wow! I've gotten massages pretty regularly for many years and it's been a LONG time since I've had a massage this good. Tbh in my experience Massage Envy (other locations, at least) can be a bit hit or miss but once you find that therapist that works for you it's great. Denae is awesome, very knowledgable and experienced, really helped me feel better!
I actually really like this location, everyone has been kind & easy to work with. Massage therapists have been great then the last year they’ve pushed a masseuse named chayton. I don’t get messages about any other therapist except Clayton. It’s become too much. I get pushing the “PC movement” but this has become unethical to the other massage therapist that don’t get marking like this chayton does. if I wanted to book with chayton I would. There’s a reason I am not & you know that.
Everyone from the staff to my massage therapist Katies. Are very welcoming and professional. Katies is the best massage therapist I have had in a long time.
