I set an appt up for today at 10 am. Once I arrived the very nice receptionist couldn’t find my appointment ( things happen, I understand), but as a new client looking for somewhere to join a membership for facials/ massages, she didn’t even offer to reschedule?
Booked a massage for my first time ever. Massage itself was good. Booked it online and it said total due now was $0 and total due in location was $80. After the massage my total was $130 and I was told the $80 massage is for members. Wish I would have known I was playing $130 plus tip. If you are going to hide the real price then my business will go elsewhere.
Don’t cancel 3+ hours before your appointment if you have the stomach flu or they’ll charge you. It appears they’d rather you vomit on the massage therapist and spread her flu.
