Horrible customer service. They canceled on me the same day and couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. If you cancel on them same day they charge you a fortune but somehow it’s acceptable for them to cancel on you with no reproduction. The lady at the front desk, Jenny, was rude and not helpful whatsoever and kept telling me a manager would tell me the same thing instead of trying to create resolution to the issue at hand.
Horrible customer service. I purchased the Father’s Day gift card for $150 and you received and extra $40 towards any service. My husband and I used the 60 minute massage which is listed on the lake pleasant website as an intro rate of $80 each. When our massages were complete they did not honor the $80 Intro rate and charged us $260 and only used $150 on the gift card.
