Would give zero stars if that was an option. This location initially provided misleading info on their "subscription". When I had an allergic reaction both times using different products, I was told one thing about cancelation but continuously kept getting different answers and because almost none of it was noted on my account there is no reasonable solution. Bianca is always so amazing so sweet always does amazing job with my massage and facials. I noticed a new manager today well there's been a lot of changes and new faces. The new remembers need to smile, especially the manager. I understand the new gentleman had only been there 2 days. But a smile goes a long way and a greeting goes a long way with everyone, but especially with the ones who carry a membership. I'm very big on customer service and I did not feel that today with the front staff.

I went in for a 90-minute massage therapy session and left extremely disappointed. First, the environment was not relaxing at all. You could clearly hear loud music and people working out from the OrangeTheory gym next door during the massage. There were no robes provided, no eye covering while lying under bright lights, and the aromatherapy oil I paid extra for had almost no scent at all. The most concerning part was the timing. Awesome experience and very professional. Manager and front desk helped a lot taking care of transfer from VA, and squared away a couple issues very quickly thanks!
