Unfortunately, this location has gone downhill under the new management. I booked an appointment the same day and was later asked to adjust my time to accommodate them, which I did. When an unexpected medical issue came up and I needed to cancel, they refused to waive the cancellation fee under any circumstances. The lack of flexibility and understanding was disappointing. I won’t be returning.
I scheduled an appointment for my wife here, and the way this location is being run under the new management is unacceptable. She booked only a few hours in advance and even rearranged her schedule when they asked her to come earlier. Then she had a legitimate medical issue and physically couldn’t make it. We called to cancel as soon as possible, and they still refused to waive the cancellation fee with zero understanding. Completely unreasonable and not how you treat customers. We won’t be back.
