A very knowledgeable, attentive, caring, friendly Dentist. Receptionist and assistants were also professional and friendly. I would highly recommend RBDA.
All of the staff from the front desk to hygenists and dentists are so friendly. Very happy with the service here.
It was only my third time at East Wichita Dentist but yet some of the employees knew me by name. Tiffany was my hygienist and she took her time with my cleaning. She was gentle but also made sure she did a thorough job. She was very friendly and also made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Koepsel is super friendly and makes you feel at ease. As someone with a little bit of dental anxiety I would definitely recommend this place!
In the past, going to the dentist was not something I used to look forward to; I used to feel quite nervous and uptight. Maybe, because I'm older and more sure of myself I feel more relaxed now, but perhaps the people at South Windsor Smiles have a lot to do about making the patients feel quite at ease. From the I met Ms. Charles she has been going out of her way to help me with my time schedule. I’m the head of security at a high school. At the last minute there was a change in an event that I had to attend. But my appoint was later that day. Ms. Charles didn’t take her lunch break instead she said that she would skip her lunch and take my appointment now instead.
