Staff were friendly, interested, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Koepsal was informative, explaining my dental issues and alternative strategies. He was also funny and engaging. I had a good time.
I have been living in the area for about half a year. Looking for a dentist can be difficult. After looking around and visiting different office website, Lake Ridge Dental got my attention. But I will admit I took a gamble. I am glad I did. When I walked into the office for my visit, I noticed the architectural layout of the office. Yes, I do look at that! Laura is the best hygienist I've been paired with at Oceanic. I am pregnant and she really went above and beyond to make my routine cleaning experience very enjoyable. Although, I strongly believe she would provide the same level of care even if I was not pregnant. I have already scheduled my next routine cleaning and specifically requested to be paired with her again. My experience with Oceanic over the last few years has always been very pleasant. I highly recommend Laura and Dr. A.
Excellent professional care by the entire staff.
So far I am impressed. Dr. Norige has great bedside manner, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient. This appt was a result of a less than positive experience at my current dentist's office. I liked the way Dr. Norige gave me background info, he didn't form an immediate conclusion but wants to rule out the possibility of another cause before jumping in with a procedure. So far I am very pleased and totally expect to be a new patient here.
Dana point smiles is a warm, friendly and professional dentistry office. Dr. Patel is skilled and compassionate. He has the appropriate credentials to provide a wide range of services which benefit all of his patients. He is experienced and on the cutting edge of dental research. This office is a great find for me and my family.
