I had the pleasure of getting my first massage on my birthday Tuesday Dec. 15th. Monica(my therapist) is was very nice and friendly and did a great job making me feel relaxed. I thought the place was very relaxing with soothing music playing, warm, clean and the staff was very nice and helpful and I can't wait to go back again...
My husband and I purchased a six-month package. At the end of July we still had 4 sessions a piece left so we went in and used one of them to be charged $59.99 on my debit card which made my account overdrawn. They refused to pay the overdraft fee which i think is unfair and ridiculous since we were not told after the 6 months it will continue and we still have 3 sessions left.
