Britni Chichelli is very mindful and provides excellent service. I highly recommend her especially for first timers.
There al little pushy when it comes to signing up for a monthly rate.
I am a paying member at Massage Envy. I normally go to Webster and they couldn't get me in so I called Pittsford. Had never been here before and after telling them it was kind of an emergency they were able to accomodate me and at least get me in for 30 minutes. I don't think they usually offer 30 minute massages...but Jenna you are fantastic and did a great job with the short time we had. I am sore now but I should be better in the morning. I gave you a good tip thank you for helping me - hope to come here again sometime.

I went for my first time today because I had a gift card. My experience there was amazing. They are very knowledgeable on what they do and I did not have one single complaint. I highly recommend Lindsay at the Pittsford location. :-)
We had couples massages for our anniversary! Was amazing! Both my husband and I enjoy it! Both Sarah an rachelle were awesome!!
Ive been to many spas.. this is my place of choice for Massages!! Its Amazing, Very clean. Polite people and Love my therapist!! I feel like a million bucks by the time i leave.. fastest hour of my life!!
