Being in town for a few weeks I went to this location many times I was always treated with professionalism and kindness, Martha was delightful to talk to every day she was always smiling and gave me awesome tips on places for me to check out while I was in town Russell gave me hands down the best massage ever if you have 90 min of your life to spend on a massage book it with him he is outstanding

I had a facial done by Rachel and she was amazing. It was one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done for myself, and I’ve already booked another session. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming too, and I am already looking forward to coming back.
Absolutely terrible! The massage was like taking your finger and rubbing it as gently as you can across your skin! Complained and got nowhere. Might as well have flushed my money down the toilet!!! Lousey, lousey, lousey!!!
I’ve never experienced such a lack of professionalism in my life. We lost $75.00 for a service we didn’t even receive, and were treated as though they had no idea what the issue was.
Hands down the best facial I’ve ever heard, however, they were way too pushy when it came to signing up for a membership. I made it clear that I didn’t have the time in my schedule to consistently make it there and it just wasn’t in my budget and the sale’s associate kept pushing. I also felt like they interacted with me differently after I declined the membership. For me, I don’t care how much I love the service, if someone is too pushy, I won’t return.
