Same day cancellation notice for something I waited months for. This was not due to illness but rather the victor location closing permanently a week prior.
I went in and explained I wanted a leg and foot massage with some attention to my lower back and neck. He then proceeded to massage my shoulders for 40 minutes, with the rest being single passes over one side of my neck, one spot in my lower back, and *then* my legs and feet. Receptionist also seemed to have a cold but was not wearing one of the masks provided.
Will be there in the morning for a massage & manipulated stretch.I always feel like a new woman when I leave out of there.. Highly recommend
I’m pregnant and fell the morning of my facial appointment. Called doctor and they told me to rest at home take Tylenol since I had pain and had a headache from fall impact. Called massage envy to explain and they took a massage from me since it was same day cancellation. No one asked -are you ok? No oh my gosh, I’m sorry to hear that! Just cold and rude.
