Morgan is the reason I opened my account here, she has done wonders for me. Every time I have been able to come in she works on the spots we talk about but doesn't skip the anything else she's a magician for sure. Won't see anyone else but her. Thanks Morgan.

I was just told to my face that my wife is a liar at Massage Envy, Kingwood. She was told that she could cancel her membership anytime when she signed up, but now they won't let her. The manager told me my problem was between me and my wife, not between us and the business. I suggest anyone take their business elsewhere. I am livid. @MassageEnvySpa
Be careful going to this place. On April 1st, 2013 a therapist named Lance caused severe meniscus rupture and distal femur fracture on both of my knees, after severely flexing my knees. He and the rest of the staff -including the owner, an oriental man named Nguyen,- went into hiding, never ever answering my calls or much less offering an apology. I had to undergo surgery to repair the damaged knees and 15 months of PT at the Memorial Iron Man Institute. Be aware, if they did it to me, they will do it to you.
We love it here! The hubby & I both come regularly for a couples massage and we both also have a membership. The staff members are always very helpful and go out of there way to make appointments happen when we call at the last minute, which is appreciated. The therapist are very professional and caring and always know how to make us relax. Thanks you to all the Massage Envy Kingwood Staff!!!
