The massages were not bad but not wonderful. Also if you ever cancel, make sure you get a copy of the paper work! I cancelled and they still charged me! They refused to reimburse me because they can't find the paper work in my file.
Had a much needed massage yesterday 10-2916, my therapist was Marcus. Came in all knotted up with a crick in my neck. Booked an hour and a half because I figured I needed that much time, I mean I came limping in! This was the second time I had Marcus for deep tissue. He worked his magic again! Always ask me if there are specific areas that need attention, so my neck is fine now, crick gone. I went in yesterday afternoon for a deep tissue massage with Angie. I came in with so much pain in my shoulders and upper back. Being a hair stylist and constantly working my upper body..I don't treat myself enough. I have NEVER been regular with getting massages because I've always seen that it's more of a luxury thing. I go to the Kingwood location and I see Chris on a regular weekly basis. He is awesome and I always feel amazing when I am done with my appointment. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable on how to relieve my extremely tense muscles.
A friend and I went in for 1 hour massages on Thursday afternoon. We arrived early like instructed. They did not take either of us back till 1:15 and my massage did not start until after 1:20. The lady did a nice job, but I she said was finished by 1:50. I was dressed and at the counter by 1:55. That was NOT an hour massage. They had me pay for a full hour and offered me a treatment for free for my ext massage. Was very disappointed. Same with my friend who went with me. :(
