I see Dollie for a massage and Felicia for a facial once a month. I am so happy with both of these ladies because they do such a wonderful job.
I had a facial yesterday and it was mediocre. My aesthetician was very kind but she seemed very new and unsure of herself as it felt like she was barely touching me. My skin just didn't feel as great as I know it could've. I wanted a sugar scrub for my feet but was disappointed because she wasn't trained to do one and the other person wasn't there. I usually go to the one in Snellville even though this one is closer to my house so I guess I'll continue to go ALL the way to Snellville for my services 😞
Very thorough and professional. They went over my areas of concern and will be focusing on those areas in more detail at each appointment. I bought a membership and can't wait to start treating myself to massages and facials!
I enjoyed my facial so much that I will continue coming back to Massage Envy. Felicia has done wonders with my combination skin (dry and oily). I definitely see a change. Felicia is knowledgeable about the products they have and what products are good for me. Oh, the atmosphere is calming, very relaxed and a clean facility. I also love the Tea!!! My experience was great. From the front door all the way until I left out. Massage was great.ive never had any complaints at this location and people who go with me have come back on their own.
I have been a member of Massage Envy for years. I actually drive past 2 (one just minutes from my home) to come to the Sugarloaf one. I booked my appointment after my massage last week. It was confirmed. I drove 30 miles to come to this one with twork other people. They did not have my appt in the computer. So here I sit waiting on everyone else to get there massage. The only compensation is to add aromatherapy to my next massage. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. They just didn't seem to care. They told me I should have made them print out ... read more
Very professional , they are very nice and meet you with a smile, very nice and very clean place plan on going back I love going there make you feel welcome and at home .. thank you Marie you did a wonderful job on my hair , she has been my daughter styist for 7 to 8 years she wont go to anyone else we drive all the way from Birmingham to get our hair done by this beautuiful lady and her staff next time I go, I am getting my hair done , and then a massage ...
