This is the worst massage envy I've ever been to. It was my first and LAST time ever going there. I was told to arrive early to fill out paperwork. Got there 15 mins before my massage and got it done. Then my massage was scheduled for 9PM. The therapist didn't come get me till 9:20. No one came and told me anything while I waited. Then she said oh I'm behind. Not I'm sorry, nothing. Then when we got to the room she started around 9:27, horrible massage HORRIBLE, that ended at 10:05. She massaged for 38 mins. The worst location !!!!!!!! They will not let me use my massages as gifts for the holidays. I want to give about 8 sessions to family and friends and this location will not give me that option. And they want to charge me extra if I give them as gifts.
Awesome place to go. They got rid of the stress in my neck area.
