As always, the "magic" fingers of Edward helped alleviate my issues, along with the stretching he does on my various limbs. My neck and back muscles were so tight, and my arms full of knots and contracted. Thank God he was able to help me get some relief and also gave me two stretching exercises to help with my upper arm aches. I have already booked a Hot Stones massage with him for next month! I had a great massage. But They charged me $20 for the extra 30 minutes that I've earned buying the membership. I didn't know it until I spoke with my wife ( she bought the membership for us ). Called to get the refund and they say that I can use for some extra 30 minutes. Felt that they're not being far. Horrible customer service. They should return my money after they've make a mistake not just give me a credit.
Received an awesome facial. May massages have been great too! Staff has alway been pleasant!
