The Therapist was breathing heavy the whole time and burping and farting during my massage. Not enjoyable.
I went in to browse, check pricing, possibly schedule visit/sign up and was met by no one. I was in the entrance area for a minimum of five minutes and was only met by laughter from the room in the back. Obviously the staff focuses more on gossip than customer satisfaction. I will not be bringing business to this facility.

This was my first trip to the Bartram Park location and I have to say the staff were all wonderful and the massage by Maria was absolutely the best! Looking forward to the next one already :)
