Where to begin? I received a 3 month membership as a gift. I called and scheduled a prenatal massage and facial a week in advance. I definitely told them over the phone I was in my third trimester. I had also previously gotten a prenatal massage at a Massage Envy in Tallahassee. When I arrived 10 minutes early, I was asked to complete an intake paper form for the facial. Finally able to "make" a reservation for my wife after weeks of trying. No complaints there, business is good. Contacted this morning (day of appointment) and advised that her treatment was canceled due to a staff member call off, no consolation. I trust someone from their leadership team will reach out to rectify the situation as we wish to remain loyal customers.
