I went in for my very first massage ever and left with my neck in a lot of pain. The next day I woke up with a huge wound on the back of my neck where my skin had been completely rubbed raw. I contacted the manager and was told to send photos. I never even received a call back. $85 for a massage, $30 for a doctors appointment (because my neck became infected), and $30 for antibiotics. I went on Monday to use a gift card I received at Christmas a year ago. I received a facial from Veronica. It was very relaxing and Veronica was very pleasant and personable. I became a member so I can enjoy a nice facial or massage every month. Looking forward to my next visit.
