I had a hot stone massage with Kristine at the Kenwood location and she was amazing. I've never been so relaxed! I highly recommend everyone go get one!
They never answer the phone. Every time I call, I have to call multiple times to get someone to answer the phone during business hours. I know what it's like, I use to work at this specific location and I've been a member since 2012 and this would've been completely unacceptable while I worked there! IDK if it's a staffing issue but hire more people to answer the phone!
