I guess I can second some of the other reviews. Management is horrible...you are told one thing and they don't back up their word. Sara Reece kept trying to tell me what another manager told me about a visit being comped due to their error. When I asked Sara for a number to Corporate was told I could only email them. I went on Google and there is a number for corporate. If you don't stand behind your word as a business entity...I wouldn't recommend your establishment!!! Poor business practices and ethics!
Rebecca was my therapist yesterday and she is amazing. This is not the first time she has been my therapist. I took my boyfriend for his first massage. Sorry but I don't remember his therapist name. They were late getting us because the couple before us took a while getting dressed. They made sure we still got our entire time! We both left feeling amazing. Thanks ladies for a great job!! Will be back in 2 weeks for another massage from Rebecca.
I truly enjoyed my service at Massage Envy and left feeling very relaxed. Customer service was excellent and the massage therapist was a 10. I will be returning.
Absolutely loved every moment of my massage,so comforting and repaxing. Kelsey was awesome!!
