I had another massage with Tessie today...highly recommend her. She is professional and delivers one of the best massages I've ever had. My left shoulder is no longer aching...thanks, Tessie.
I was a member for 2 yrs & the management is horrible! I cancelled my membership due to this. Massage therapist don't listen to your wants & needs! I tried the Hyde Park location & they were very friendly & excellent massage by Rose! One of the best foot massages I've ever had! Kenwood location is terrible!

I’ve had two great massages with Jessica. I have also had exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and management.
Very disappointed and feel like I was scammed. After my massage I was very happy and upon checking out the associate started to push the monthly membership. I told her I wanted to check with insurance first to see if they would pay if not I wasn’t interested. She assured me over and over again I could cancel in 30 days ( bc I kept asking to make sure I could cancel) called after I talked with Insurance 5 days after and was told I could not cancel my account. Jumaya is fantastic and she always makes me feel comfortable and leaving more relaxed. I will continue to come back to see her. highly recommend!
Checked in at 2pm then sat and waited 20 minutes. Went to check with front desk to see what’s going on and was told my therapist went home sick that morning and they tried to reach me. Which they did not I had no missed calls or voicemails. I don’t understand why I was able to check in and they confirmed my therapist to me. Thanks for wasting my time and offering me a $5 service to make up for such a poor treatment of a member. Will not come back to this location and will make sure to share my experience.
