Scheduled a massage and facial for today for myself and my daughter who is in town visiting for the weekend. When we showed up, the girl behind the counter said the person who scheduled our appointment scheduled it for the following Friday. No apology, no "let me see what I can do to help", nothing, just "we booked". WOW! Mistakes happen, but own the mistake and try to fix it. Called the Massage Envy on 66th, explained the situation and they worked to get us in tomorrow. Very professional!
